Reading Bee: Recommended Skip Beat Fanfictions

Image
Recommended Skip Beat Fanfictions Skip Beat fandom is one of the fandoms that introduced me to fanfictions. The manga was so slow that I always needed an extra dose of events with these characters; I found what I wanted in fanfiction. Few of my favourite fanfictions were unfortunately abandoned so I won't add them here.  Ps: There is no lemon in this list, they are all T-rated maximum, so anyone can probably read the following fanfictions.  1. Of Age Author: EmilyF.6 Timeline: This was published before the manga had any details on Mogami Saena. Moreover, Ren's past was still a mystery.  Story: Kyoko receives a call that changes her life. Her mother is looking for her. She is not interested in staying with her mom at all. She leaves Japan and goes to the one person she once called dad, Kuu.  Opinion: This story gave me a warm feeling thanks to the perfect characterization for both Kuu and Julie. They appear as tender as anyone

Hello Counselor Cancelled? The End of 9 Years of Concerns.

Hello Counselor A couple of weeks ago  the famous Korean Variety Show Hello Counselor,  which started in 2010, aired its final episode after 431 weeks. The show is known as the national listening platform in Korea. As the presenters always say; " We root for you to solve your concerns! Tell us your concerns." The program has a simple idea of calling people who are suffering because of a particular problem, small or big, and trying to solve the problem through logic and audience voting. The episodes, in the beginning, handled cute concerns like a daughter obsessed with an idol during puberty and similar issues. However, as the program progressed, the concerns escalated, there were some concerns about alcoholics, abusers, sexual offenders, narcissist and all types of people. Sometimes the concerns were left unsolved or solved vaguely in a way that leaves a bad aftertaste. Still, the positive effect of the program was highly recognized by

Actor Scope: Choi Tae Joon

Tae Joon is one of the actors I believe need more attention from the public. He is not as famous as other actors internationally despite being a great actor with a good resume. He started his career as a child actor. However, he stopped for a bit during puberty and returned as a handsome guy through Padam Padam (2011). He is also a full-round entertainer. I always look around searching for more content for this guy which is why I think this article will be the most prolonged Actor Scope ever for me.  Variety Shows  I can’t mention this guy without mentioning his appearances on Korean variety shows. I got to know him as the  Choi Tae Joon of Hello Counselor  at first so I will start from it.  Hello Counselor  (2010) Tae Joon is probably the only actor to join the cast of this famous Korean variety show. It is a show that receives citizens concerns and tries to solve them through discussions. He first appeared as a regular guest on the show, but his em

Inspiring Teachers in Korean Dramas

So apparently google decided to tell me that it is teacher's day soon, probably because I search for a lot of teaching materials recently. Anyway, when I found out that there is something called a World Teacher Day this month, I decided to pick up an exciting subject. Top teachers in Korean dramas or Inspiring Teachers in Korean Dramas. I have watched a lot of high school dramas throughout the years, and I am sure many of you have watched a lot as well. Below is my list of the best actors who acted as teachers and their dramas: 1. Choi Daniel and Jung Nara in School 2013  Who does not remember how much Nara struggled with all the crazy dudes in her class. How much she cared and how much she tried to solve the students' issues, and tried her best to make a student like Oh Jung-Ho graduate from school. Plus, she made sure to search for the reasons behind the hostility between Heung-Soo and Nam soon. Choi Daniel is no different, he is my favourite amongst the cas
